二、空氣循環裝置:高低溫沖擊試驗箱內置空調間、循環風道及長軸離心式通風機,使用高效的制冷機和能量調節系統,通過高效通風機進行有效的交換,達到溫度變化之目的。通過改善空氣的氣流,提高了空氣流量及與加熱器和空氣表冷器的熱交換能力,從而大幅改善了高低溫沖擊試驗箱的溫度均勻度.
三、制冷系統及壓縮機:林頻生產的高低溫沖擊試驗箱為(wei)(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱降溫速率和(he)最低(di)溫度的要(yao)求,本試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱采用(yong)一(yi)套(tao)進口德國谷(gu)輪半封閉(bi)壓縮機所組(zu)成(cheng)的二元復疊式(shi)水冷(leng)制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)。包(bao)含(han)一(yi)個高溫制(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環和(he)一(yi)個低(di)溫制(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環,其連接容器(qi)為(wei)(wei)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發冷(leng)凝器(qi),蒸(zheng)(zheng)發冷(leng)凝器(qi)是也到(dao)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)傳遞(di)的作(zuo)用(yong),將工作(zuo)室(shi)內熱能(neng)(neng)通過兩級制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)傳遞(di)出去(qu),實(shi)現(xian)隆溫的目(mu)的。制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)的設計應用(yong)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)調節(jie)技(ji)術,一(yi)種行(xing)(xing)之有效(xiao)的處理方式(shi)既能(neng)(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)在制(zhi)冷(leng)機組(zu)正(zheng)常運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的情況(kuang)下又能(neng)(neng)對(dui)制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)的能(neng)(neng)耗及制(zhi)冷(leng)量(liang)進行(xing)(xing)有效(xiao)的調節(jie),使制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)的運(yun)行(xing)(xing)費用(yong)和(he)故障(zhang)率下降到(dao)較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)經濟的狀態。
四、制冷劑:采用DUPONT公司(si)R502(高溫(wen)循(xun)環)、R23(低(di)溫(wen)循(xun)環);
五、制(zhi)冷系統(tong)其它的一些(xie)輔助件:膨脹閥(美(mei)國(guo)SPORLAN),電磁閥(意大利CASTEL);過濾(lv)器(美(mei)國(guo)SPORLAN);壓力控制(zhi)器(英美(mei)RANCO),油(you)分離器(歐美(mei)ALCO)等制(zhi)冷配件均采用(yong)進口(kou)件.
六、高低溫沖擊試驗箱制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)工作(zuo)原理:高(gao)低制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)循(xun)環均(jun)采用(yong)逆卡若循(xun)環,該循(xun)環由兩個等溫(wen)過(guo)程(cheng)和兩個絕(jue)熱(re)過(guo)程(cheng)組成(cheng)。其過(guo)程(cheng)如下(xia):制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經壓(ya)縮機絕(jue)熱(re)壓(ya)縮到(dao)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)力,消(xiao)耗了功使排氣溫(wen)度升高(gao),之后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)等溫(wen)地(di)和四(si)周(zhou)介質(zhi)(zhi)進行熱(re)交(jiao)換,將熱(re)量傳(chuan)給四(si)周(zhou)介質(zhi)(zhi)。后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經閥(fa)絕(jue)熱(re)膨脹做功,這時制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)溫(wen)度降低。最后制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通過(guo)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)等溫(wen)地(di)從溫(wen)度較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)物體(ti)(ti)吸熱(re),使被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻物體(ti)(ti)溫(wen)度降低。此循(xun)環周(zhou)而(er)(er)復始從而(er)(er)達到(dao)高(gao)低溫(wen)沖擊試驗的(de)目的(de). |
